Product Development Project Manager Automotive

We are now looking for a Product Development Project Manager to lead complex automotive development projects and contribute to the future of transportation.

About This Vacancy

Som projektledare kommer du att vara ansvarig för att hantera och driva tvärfunktionella projekt inom fordonssektorn. Du kommer att leda team genom alla utvecklingsstadier, från koncept till industrialisering, och säkerställa leveranser i tid och av hög kvalitet i linje med affärsmålen.

Huvudsakliga Ansvarsområden

• Styr projekt från koncept till lansering, med fokus på teknisk genomförbarhet, kostnadseffektivitet och snabb genomförande.
• Definiera projektets omfattning, mål och leveranser i samarbete med intressenter.
• Samordna tvärfunktionella team, inklusive teknik, inköp, tillverkning och leverantörer.
• Hantera risker, budgetar och resurser medan du säkerställer efterlevnad av kvalitets-, säkerhets- och hållbarhetsstandarder.
• Kommunicera projektstatus, utmaningar och framsteg till ledning och nyckelintressenter.
• Främja en kultur av innovation, samarbete och kontinuerlig förbättring inom projektteamet.

Experience Within Any Of The Following Is Desirable

• A degree in engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, or other related fields.
• Two to five years of experience in project management within automotive product development in Sweden.
• Strong understanding of vehicle systems, components, and development processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
