The Role
As a Delivery Lead at Avaus, you are ultimately responsible for ensuring successful, value-driven delivery for our clients. You guide delivery teams, unblock progress, manage stakeholder expectations, and make sure that client results stay at the center of everything we do.
You’ll often work across multiple workstreams or initiatives, partnering closely with client sponsors, strategists and tech leads. Your focus is to enable the team, maintain delivery excellence, and ensure that our work contributes to both client success and long-term relationships. The role is mid-level to senior level.

You’re a structured, value-driven delivery leader with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for collaboration. You enjoy supporting teams, making progress visible, and helping clients succeed through clarity and follow-through.
You don’t have to be a tech expert, but you need to be fluent in working with developers, architects, and analysts in a digital context. You’re comfortable leading in both agile and hybrid setups — and you’re curious about new ways of working, like agentic workflows or AI-supported delivery.

Our office is located at Renstiernas gata 12, and we have a flexible hybrid work model where we both work from our office, the client offices and home sometimes. We’ll agree on the starting date. It is a permanent position with a 6 months probation period. You will report to the Head of Delivery.

Some of your key responsibilities:
- Develop and drive the delivery roadmap for one or more client engagements
- Enable high-performing teams by supporting clarity, flow, and prioritisation
- Manage risks, dependencies, and change across delivery streams
- Ensure deliverables are aligned with client goals, budget, and scope and supported by a relevant business case
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, balancing stakeholder needs
- Identify growth opportunities and support the commercial development of client accounts
- Contribute to the evolution of Avaus’ delivery practices and internal frameworks
- Client administration, ensuring budgets, team allocations and all nitty-gritty stuff are in order
Who are you?

We believe you have:
- 5+ years of experience in delivery, client management or project management roles
- Experience leading cross-functional digital teams, ideally in consultancy/client-facing settings
- Proven ability to manage complex delivery with strong business impact
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and delivery tooling (e.g. JIRA)
- Knowledge of digital solutions such as CRM, Marketing Automation, Martech and composable data architectures
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Curiosity and a solution oriented approach
- Fluent in Swedish (required) and English (business level)
