Project Manager
- Location: Hybrid, 2 days/week in Amsterdam office
- Duration: 6-months initial (possible extensions)
- Rate: €78 per hour (40 hours per week)
About the Role:
We are looking for a Project Manager to support the governance and delivery of initiatives across our department. You will work closely with various teams, business units, and centralized functions to ensure projects are planned, executed, and handed over efficiently. This role is ideal for someone with experience in managing cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders across multiple levels.
Responsibilities:
- Support the full project lifecycle, including scoping, planning, execution, and handover to BAU.
- Manage low to medium complexity projects with supervision, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved.
- Collaborate with teams to define project goals, KPIs, roadmaps, and key deliverables.
- Engage and influence stakeholders, up to Director level.
- Apply change management strategies to support adoption of project outcomes.
- Track and report progress and ensure consistent project governance.
Requirements:
- Experience in project management within a corporate or global environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with project and change management methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and reporting skills.
Desirable:
- Experience working with external vendors or stakeholders.
- Exposure to strategic projects aligned with business priorities.
- Familiarity with project planning tools and frameworks.
