We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the integration of an acquired company. The role involves coordinating and, in some cases, partially leading multiple teams and projects under a corporate integration program.

The assignment is to coordinate and, in some cases, partially lead the various teams and projects for the corporate integration. Everything from R&D systems and processes, to manufacturing, HR and SAP integrations are carried out in the projects under the program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate cross-functional teams for integration projects
• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
• Support financial planning and reporting
• Ensure smooth execution of M&A integration activities

Skills Needed:

• 10+ years experience with - Financial Planning, Project Management, M&A Integration etc
