We are looking for an Accounting Manager for our leading business partner, who will be responsible for ensuring that all accounting and finance processes are carried out in full compliance with regulations, managing the team, and overseeing financial reporting activities.

Job Description:

• Managing all general accounting operations of the company; preparing trial balance, income statement, balance sheet, and financial reports,
• Leading, developing, and supervising the accounting and finance team and coordinating audit processes,
• Managing intercompany transactions and transfer pricing processes,
• Carrying out tax planning; managing declarations, VAT refund processes, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations,
• Coordinating intercompany reconciliation, cost allocation, accounts receivable/payable, bank transactions, and period-end closing activities,
• Managing payroll, social security (SGK) and other statutory notifications,
• Leading monthly and annual closing processes,
• Overseeing e-invoice, e-ledger, and e-archive applications,
• Conducting budgeting, cash flow analysis, and financial evaluations,
• Preparing regular reports for senior management,
• Managing independent audit processes and coordinating relations with relevant external institutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields,
• Minimum 8 years of experience in general accounting, taxation, and finance operations,
• Strong knowledge of intercompany transactions and transfer pricing,
• Experience in process optimization, project management, and reporting,
• Strong team management skills and excellent communication abilities,
• Knowledge of SAP FI; experience as a key user or project lead in SAP implementations.
