What You Will Be Doing

• Manage company’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create engaging and creative content, including text and visuals
• Plan social media posts and develop content calendars
• Stay on top of social media trends and integrate them into the brand strategy
• Manage community engagement by interacting with followers
• Prepare performance reports and analyze results
• Create, optimize, and analyze social media ad campaigns
• Develop and implement social media strategies
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team on various projects

You’ll Be Great For This Role If

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field)
• Proficiency in social media platforms and a keen interest in trends
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of graphic design and photo/video editing (Photoshop, Canva, etc.) is a plus
• Basic understanding of social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.)
• Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) is preferred
• Creative, solution-oriented, and a team player
• Preferably 1+ years of experience in social media management
