About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager/Owner to lead one of our flagship products, combining strategy (20%) and execution (80%). You’ll collaborate closely with Development, Design, and Leadership to ensure high-impact delivery and alignment with business goals.

Depending on your background, you’ll take ownership of one of the following:

• ChatBot – our customer-facing product used by millions

• AI Agents Module – our intelligent automation system

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clear, actionable product requirements and user stories

• Ensure alignment across teams for efficient, on-time delivery

• Maintain and update the roadmap and backlog with key stakeholders

• Participate in refinement sessions and prepare tasks for upcoming sprints

• Contribute to discovery efforts and help shape product vision and strategy

• Identify risks and remove blockers through proactive communication and planning

Requirements

• 3–5+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager

• Strong ownership, prioritization, and decision-making skills

• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum and experience facilitating Agile processes

• Experience with conversational AI, chatbots, or automation platforms is a plus

• Ability to challenge UX and engineering teams constructively

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

• Data-driven mindset with hands-on analytics experience

• Ability to analyze market needs and translate them into actionable plans

• Fluent in English

Nice to Have

• Experience in AI products, legal tech, or B2B SaaS

• Background in UX or technical product management
