Skills
Experience:
- At least two years of experience in Product Management
- A track of record of managing B2B products, ideally in the AdTech space
- A knack for solving problems
- Creative, proactive, and a self-starter
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Communicative English and Polish (spoken and written).
- Comfortable in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Take ownership of the product roadmap
- Manage one or more products throughout their life cycle
- Run experiments to validate ideas and proofs-of-concept
- Define and measure KPIs. Build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other teams
- Build consensus without formal authority
- Stay abreast of market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and incorporate new product features on an ongoing basis
- Work with marketing on go-to-market plans and objectives
- Summarize short- and long-term product plans for executives
- Assist with the training of new hires, including other product managers
- Build and maintain communication loops between local engineering teams, customers, stakeholders, marketing, project management, and commercial teams across time zones
