What You’ll Do
- Contribute to quarterly product roadmaps and support presentations to senior leadership.
- Act as a core member of the technology organization, supporting short- and mid-term product vision and strategy.
- Track initiatives based on the product roadmap using defined targets and key metrics.
- Work closely with Development, QA, UX/UI, Data, and Analytics teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Stay fully focused on improving user journeys and identifying growth opportunities.
- Utilize data to drive prioritization and decision-making processes.
- Define event and data collection needs to measure product performance after release.
- Conduct market and competitor research and prepare benchmarking analyses.
- Assist Product Owners and UX teams in defining wireframes, requirements, and business workflows.
- Define and monitor product KPIs (match rate, wait time, conversion, revenue impact) and continuously optimize through data-driven iteration.
- Lead parts of the experimentation pipeline by supporting hypothesis design, running A/B tests, analyzing results, and turning insights into meaningful product improvements.
- Work within an Agile Scrum environment, participating in sprint ceremonies and ensuring timely delivery within sprint cycles.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in technology roles such as Product Owner, Product Manager or Business Analyst.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Ability to write and execute SQL queries when needed.
- Detail-oriented mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Preferably experienced in workflow design.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; able to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with UX tools (Hotjar, UXCam, Crazy Egg) is a plus.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks based on sprint and project timelines.
- Experience defining and delivering MVPs.
- GA4 usage expertise is a plus.
- Self-driven, organized, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- E-commerce domain experience is a plus.
