AI Engineer

Project Description

On behalf of our client - leading jewelery company - we are looking for an AI Engineer to join our growing AI & Innovation team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building and deploying AI-powered solutions, with a focus on conversational AI Agents in Agent force. You will work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to support the design, testing, and optimization of AI systems that enhance business operations. You will play a vital role in bringing AI capabilities to life—not just by learning and coding, but by collaborating, problem-solving, and contributing to innovative AI workflows across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce AI Agents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and contribute to Agentic AI solutions.
• Participate in testing, debugging, and optimizing AI pipelines for performance and scalability.
• Assist in maintaining documentation for system design, workflows, and system configurations.

Skills Required

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Foundational knowledge of AI/ML concepts, including Generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI principles.
• Understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and LLM-based systems
• Experience with at least one programming language (e.g., XML, Java, C#, or JavaScript).
• Understanding of basic software engineering principles and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a demonstrated willingness to learn new technologies.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Experience or coursework related to Salesforce or Agentforce.
• Exposure to DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies through coursework or internships.

Engagement Model: Direct Independent Contractor (Please read carefully)

This is an independent contractor opportunity based on a direct contractual relationship between Zoolatech and the individual service provider.
