Core Responsibilities:
- Overall Growth Strategy Execution:
- Execute KuCoin's growth strategies in Turkey, focusing on both To-C (user growth) and To-B (business partnerships).
- User Operations:
- Plan and implement online and offline activities, trading competitions, and referral incentive programs to drive user engagement and growth.
- Partnership Development (BD):
- Build a local cooperation network by engaging with MCN agencies, media outlets, and community organizations.
- Strategic Collaborations:
- Establish strategic partnerships with local payment channels, compliance consultants, and media platforms to enhance brand influence.
- Data-Driven Growth:
- Track user data and market performance, monitoring key metrics such as registered users, KYC conversion rates, FDU/FTU, trading volume, and retention rates.
- Generate monthly growth reports and provide market insights and optimization suggestions to the management team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with headquarters' marketing, product, compliance, and data teams to ensure resource alignment and execution.
- Coordinate with local teams (operations, marketing, BD) and ensure timely and accurate implementation of initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with a background in marketing, management, finance, or economics preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing or operations in the internet, finance, or blockchain industries.
- Familiarity with the Turkish cryptocurrency market, with relevant industry networks and local resources being a strong advantage.
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Fluency in Turkish and either Chinese or English.
- Proven ability to independently drive projects, result-oriented mindset, and strong execution and cross-cultural communication skills.
