IT Support Engineer – Ataşehir, Istanbul (Contract)
We’re looking for IT Support Engineers to join our team in Ataşehir, Istanbul on a contract basis.
📍 Location: Ataşehir, Istanbul
🕒 Start Date: ASAP
📅 Duration: 6 months
💶 Rate: Up To 70 Euros/Day
🗣️ Languages: Turkish and English required
Key Requirements:
- Deliver on-site technical support to employees, customers, and service providers.
- Manage end-user onboarding/offboarding, including hardware issuance and retrieval.
- Perform imaging, reimaging, installation, and configuration of laptops, desktops, and peripherals (docking stations, monitors, etc.).
- Execute IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities, including break/fix, upgrades, and data migration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software incidents; replicate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate incident updates and ensure compliance with SLAs.
- Monitor, manage, and escalate tickets to ensure timely closure.
- Follow asset management and inventory processes.
- Support the setup and maintenance of conference rooms, meeting room technologies, and MTR devices.
- Provision and deploy VoIP, Android, and Mac devices.
- Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to escalate and resolve issues, documenting all interactions.
- Work with the Deskside Management Team on asset management, break/fix processes, and service desk improvements.
- Share technical knowledge and best practices via internal knowledge channels.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians as required.
- Deliver high-quality support to VIP users.
- Provide Smart Hands & Feet support for network, security, and server teams.
- Perform racking and mounting of hardware in comms rooms/IT cabinets.
- Assist remote teams by enabling access to on-site hardware.
- Replace and install cabling, patch cords, and connections in comms rooms.
