Data Analyst (New Grad) - Mersin

Arkhe Games is a fast-growing studio developing mobile games at a global scale. Many of our titles have reached millions of users worldwide. To further expand our operations, we are looking for a Data Analyst with a strong analytical mindset and a data-driven approach. This position is designed to evolve into a Growth Manager role over time. As this position is aimed at recent graduates, full mentorship and training will be provided.

What You’ll Do:

• Analyze user data from our games and interpret key KPIs (LTV, retention, ROAS, CPI, etc.)
• Evaluate campaign performance with the User Acquisition team and provide optimization recommendations
• Plan and analyze A/B testing processes
• Identify growth opportunities by collaborating with product, marketing, and live-ops teams
• Develop the strategic and operational skill set required to transition into a Growth Manager role over time

What We're Looking For

• Basic knowledge of data analysis and a strong willingness to learn
• Good command of SQL and Excel/Google Sheets
• Interest in the mobile gaming industry and curiosity about growth dynamics
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills
• Intermediate or above English proficiency (able to read and interpret data, dashboards, and documentation in English)
• Based in Mersin or able to work full-time from our Mersin office
