Taze Çiçek is one fast-growing online flower & gifting brands in Turkey, combining technology with rapid delivery and a high-volume e-commerce infrastructure.

We are looking for a Data Tracking Executive who will manage and optimize our end-to-end measurement ecosystem across GA4, GTM, DataLayer, and all advertising platforms.

This is a highly technical role focused on event tracking, signal accuracy, conversion measurement, and data integrity.

🎯 Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize GA4, Google Tag Manager, and DataLayer infrastructures across web & app
  • Validate e-commerce DataLayer (product_id, price, category, quantity, transaction_id, etc.)
  • Create, implement, and QA new events, parameters, triggers, and tags
  • Manage tracking infrastructures for Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads
  • Enhanced Conversions
  • Consent Mode V2
  • Conversion API (CAPI)
  • Server-side & browser-side signal flows
  • Ensure accurate and complete signal transfer to all ad platforms
  • Build and maintain event segmentation structures for remarketing and optimization
  • Support server-side tagging initiatives
  • Ensure accuracy of GA4, Looker Studio, and performance dashboards
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to fix DataLayer gaps
  • Monitor tracking issues after releases and resolve measurement errors
  • Identify funnel measurement gaps and provide improvement recommendations

🧠 Required Technical Skills

Tracking & Measurement

  • Advanced Google Tag Manager knowledge
  • (Custom HTML, Variables, DataLayer push, Regex triggers, advanced debugging)
  • Deep understanding of GA4 event structure, parameters, and e-commerce schema
  • Ability to read, debug, and validate DataLayer payloads
  • Strong experience with GTM Preview, Tag Assistant, Network tab debugging

Ad Platform Signal Expertise

  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads conversion tracking
  • (Enhanced Conversions, Consent Mode V2, PMax signal flows)
  • Experience with Meta CAPI and event configuration
  • Experience with TikTok Pixel & Events API is a plus
  • Understanding of multi-touch attribution & cross-device behavior

Additional Technical Skills

  • Basic JavaScript literacy (reading event code, variable logic, data pushes)
  • Ability to understand HTML & DOM structure
  • Server-side tagging experience is a big plus
  • Understanding of Looker Studio or BigQuery is an advantage

💼 Qualifications

  • 1–4 years of experience in data tracking, performance analytics, or technical marketing
  • Experience in e-commerce tracking environments
  • Strong analytical and debugging mindset
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and marketing teams
  • High attention to detail and ownership for data accuracy
  • English proficiency
