 About Us:

 Forceget Supply Chain Logistics is an NVOCC-licensed global logistics company specializing in ocean, air cargo, truck shipments, and inventory management. We operate in the USA, China, Hong Kong, Colombia, Germany, and Turkey. As part of our digital transformation journey, we are expanding our Software Department and seeking a Software Business Analyst to join our AI Sales Agent Project Team in Turkey.

 Job Description:

 You will play a key role in the development of our AI Sales Agent, a system that integrates CRM, email, LinkedIn, and Amazon APIs to automate lead generation, qualification, and outreach workflows. You’ll act as a bridge between business stakeholders, AI developers, and data teams to ensure the product aligns with business goals and user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers, AI engineers, and data analysts to define functional and technical requirements.
  • Translate complex business processes into clear and actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and flow diagrams.
  • Analyze and document integration needs across multiple systems (CRM, LinkedIn, Gmail, Amazon APIs, and automation platforms).
  • Define KPIs and success metrics for lead qualification, conversion, and agent performance.
  • Support QA and UAT processes by validating workflows and ensuring requirements are met.
  • Continuously identify areas for process improvement and automation opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed documentation, including requirements specifications, data mappings, and workflow diagrams.

 Must-Have Qualifications:

 Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, MIS, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business/System Analyst in software projects.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and workflows.
  • Experience in software integration projects or workflow automation tools.
  • Hands-on experience in writing user stories, conducting UATs, and managing SDLC documentation.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and API-based integrations.
  • Proficient in requirements elicitation, business process modeling (UML/BPMN), and documentation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

 Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience in AI, automation, or workflow orchestration projects.
  • Familiarity with Postman or API testing tools.
  • Knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, or data modeling principles.
  • IIBA, CCBA, or CBAP certification.
  • English communication skills (written and spoken) to collaborate with the United States, Colombia, and China teams.
