Role Description

We are seeking motivated Software Developer Interns to join our tech team for a full-time, on-site paid internship in Oslo. This role provides hands-on experience across Frontend, Backend, Mobile Development, DevOps, and QA Engineering, working on real projects and contributing to scalable, high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities includes:

• Assist in designing, coding, testing, and maintaining software applications.
• Collaborate closely with team members on software development projects.
• Integrate databases and manage development environments.
• Solve technical challenges using modern programming tools and practices.

This internship offers practical exposure to real-world development processes, providing valuable learning opportunities while contributing to impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Frontend Development

• Assist in building responsive web applications using frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Implement UI/UX designs and collaborate with designers for seamless user experience.
• Optimize web pages for performance and accessibility.

Backend Development

• Support the development of server-side applications using Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET.
• Assist in designing and consuming REST APIs / GraphQL APIs.
• Work with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and help with CRUD operations and query optimization.

Mobile Development

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native, Flutter, or native iOS/Android technologies.
• Assist in building interactive mobile features, debugging, and testing applications.

DevOps / Cloud

• Support deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab).
• Help manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Assist in monitoring, logging, and automating infrastructure tasks.

QA Testing

• Write and execute manual and automated test cases.
• Help identify and document bugs, assist in regression and functional testing.
• Support the team in ensuring product quality before deployment.

Key Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Strong interest in software development, mobile apps, cloud, or QA.
• Basic programming knowledge in at least one language (JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, etc.).
• Familiarity with version control tools (Git/GitHub).
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Good communication skills and teamwork attitude.

Nice to Have

• Experience or coursework in React, Angular, Node.js, React Native, Flutter, or DevOps tools.
• Understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL), REST APIs, and cloud services.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (Selenium, Jest, Postman) or CI/CD pipelines.
