Job Description

As a Mobile Application Support professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless operation and functionality of mobile applications within our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to assist end users with any issues they encounter on mobile platforms, troubleshooting problems, and providing solutions efficiently. You will collaborate with development teams to understand application intricacies and help in resolving technical challenges. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical support, specifically for mobile applications.
  • Strong understanding of Android and iOS operating systems and frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are a must.
  • Good communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Experience with troubleshooting tools and diagnostic techniques for mobile apps.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
