Role Description

This is a weekends part-time role for a Junior Designer, located in Dubai. As a Junior Designer, your responsibilities will include assisting in the creation of design concepts, preparing digital assets, supporting the development of branding materials, and collaborating with the design team to produce visually appealing content. You will also be expected to follow industry trends and contribute to innovative design solutions that align with the company’s sustainable and ethical mission.

As a part-time role, you will only be asked to work weekends, Saturday and Sunday.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory
• Ability to conceptually develop ideas and translate them into designs that meet branding and marketing needs
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge or interest in sustainable and ethical design practices is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai
