We are seeking a Paid Advertising Specialist to join our growing team and take the lead in developing, executing, and optimising our global digital advertising initiatives.

Job Description:

• Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across major platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube, and programmatic networks), with a core focus on Web3 audiences and crypto exchange user acquisition.
• Develop and execute acquisition and remarketing strategies targeting both retail and institutional traders in the crypto and futures trading ecosystem.

• Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and daily optimisations to maximise ROI, reduce CPA, and enhance user conversion quality.

• Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to continuously improve funnel performance for exchange registrations, deposits, and trading activity.

• Track and analyse key performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CPL, ROAS, CAC, LTV) across Web2 and Web3 ad ecosystems, incorporating on-chain data insights where relevant.

• Work closely with design, product, and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging, consistent branding, and aligned user journeys across both CEX and DEX acquisition funnels.

• Monitor competitor ads, market movements, and ad-platform algorithm updates to proactively refine bidding, targeting, and creative strategies.

• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports detailing results, insights, and growth opportunities grounded in Web3 user behaviour and exchange KPIs.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with ad platforms, blockchain communities, agencies, and affiliate networks to scale user acquisition efficiently.
