What The Role Entails

• Participate in the design and development of backend systems for overseas game accounts, data, and applications, to support global high-concurrency business operations.
• Contribute to the evolution of distributed system architecture, and engage in hands-on technical practices related to performance, stability, and security.
• Explore cutting-edge technologies like containerization and cloud computing, to drive the iteration and upgrade of overseas game infrastructure.
  
  

Who We Look For

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields, with solid foundational knowledge including algorithms, data structures, operating systems, and networking.
• Proficient in at least one backend development language (e.g., Go/Java/C++). Prior hands-on project experience or competition experience is a plus.
• Demonstrates familiarity with core principles of network programming, multithreading, and databases, and possesses basic capabilities in system design.
• Enthusiasm for exploring cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Docker, K8s) is preferred.
• Exhibits strong logical reasoning, excellent learning ability, and technical sensitivity, enabling quick adaptation to business needs.
• Passionate about game technology, proactive and self-motivated, and demonstrates a collaborative mindset with resilience under challenging situations.
