Responsibilities

  • Define and execute sales strategies focused on Singapore market
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a high performing sales team to meet revenue goals
  • Drive go-to-market planning, execution, and performance tracking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders across key industry sectors
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align sales initiatives with business priorities


Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in a senior sales leadership role, with a proven track record in Singapore's IT services market
  • Demonstrated success in closing large-scale deals across multiple IT solutions
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive growth in a competitive market
  • Proven experience managing and motivating large sales teams to achieve performance targets
  • Established C-level network in Singapore and ability to influence strategic decision-making
