Role: SVP – Sales (IT Services)
Location: Singapore
Responsibilities
- Define and execute sales strategies focused on Singapore market
- Lead, manage, and mentor a high performing sales team to meet revenue goals
- Drive go-to-market planning, execution, and performance tracking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders across key industry sectors
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align sales initiatives with business priorities
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in a senior sales leadership role, with a proven track record in Singapore's IT services market
- Demonstrated success in closing large-scale deals across multiple IT solutions
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive growth in a competitive market
- Proven experience managing and motivating large sales teams to achieve performance targets
- Established C-level network in Singapore and ability to influence strategic decision-making
