Mobile Application Developer

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Developer with strong experience in both iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) development. You will work closely with product, design, and backend teams to build high-quality, user-centric mobile applications that scale. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys end-to-end ownership, clean architecture, and delivering seamless mobile experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms
• Build clean, maintainable codebases using Swift and Kotlin
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Integrate mobile applications with backend APIs and services
• Optimise performance, reliability, and responsiveness of mobile applications
• Implement UI/UX best practices and ensure a consistent user experience across devices
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and participate in continuous improvement
• Stay updated with mobile development trends, frameworks, and tools

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Swift (iOS) or Kotlin (Android)
• Solid understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture, etc.)
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party SDK integrations
• Familiarity with mobile CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and debugging tools
• Strong understanding of app performance optimisation and mobile security best practices
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a cross-functional team
• Bonus: Experience with SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose, or cross-platform frameworks
