Product Manager

Overview

We are looking for a talented Product Manager to lead the development of our social platform products. You will drive product strategy, define user experiences, and work closely with cross-functional teams to build features that enhance user engagement, community interactions, and overall platform growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for social features and user experiences
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user research to identify opportunities
• Translate insights into clear product requirements, specs, and user stories
• Collaborate with design, engineering, data, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality features
• Drive the end-to-end product development process—from ideation to launch and iteration
• Analyse product performance using data and user feedback to inform ongoing improvements
• Lead experiments (A/B tests) to optimise retention, engagement, and social interactions
• Ensure the platform’s social experience is safe, intuitive, and aligned with user needs

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in social, community, content, or consumer-facing products
• Strong understanding of social platform mechanics: feeds, recommendations, moderation, messaging, user identity, and engagement loops
• Experience working with design and engineering teams in an agile environment
• Data-driven mindset with familiarity in analytics tools and experimentation frameworks
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to think strategically while executing with attention to detail
