- Have basic understanding of the Banks network, processes & change windows.
- Provide access to vendors to the network devices.
- Ensure that assigned infrastructure at the client site is configured, installed, tested, and operational
- Perform necessary checks, apply monitoring tools and respond to alerts
- Provide onsite technical support to clients and provide field engineering services to clients
- Perform Network operation for the Network Infrastructure and Network Equipment at the client premises, including performance and bandwidth monitoring to flag out any irregularities during migration.
- Develops the ability to start 'owning' portions of an installation, break/fix incidents, and problem management.
- Functions jointly with the Implementation Engineering team to meet client requirements.
- Action less complex configurations and installations
- Attend to less complex break/fix events
- Should have hands on experience on below technologies technical skills:
- Cisco Switching and Routing Technologies
