Job Description

GrabFood, a leading food delivery service in Southeast Asia, is seeking a talented and motivated Analytics & Projects Intern to join our dynamic team in Singapore. This exciting opportunity will allow you to dive into the heart of our operations, leveraging data-driven insights to drive business growth and enhance customer experiences.

• Assist in planning, researching, and analyzing strategic initiatives for GrabFood's growth and optimization
• Provide operational and project management support for demand-generation campaigns, including setup, documentation, and post-campaign analysis
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to facilitate decision-making, identify issues, and develop innovative solutions
• Perform market research on competitive landscape and growth opportunities within the food delivery industry
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the planning and execution of various projects
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics
• Contribute to special projects and ad-hoc analyses as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or other relevant fields
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL for querying and transforming data from diverse sources
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Basic understanding of statistical analysis and its application in business contexts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear, concise manner
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Familiarity with the food delivery industry and current market trends is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Innovative mindset with a passion for using data to drive business decisions
• Adaptability and comfort working in a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous) environment
