Role Overview:

We’re looking for a BI Specialist with 6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and Datacenter Operations, with deep expertise in Microsoft tools and products (Power BI, SQL Server, Azure, etc.).

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions using Microsoft technologies
• Collaborate with datacenter operations teams to optimize data workflows and reporting
• Translate business requirements into actionable insights and dashboards
• Ensure data integrity, performance, and security across BI platforms
• Support decision-making with real-time analytics and predictive modeling

What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ years of hands-on BI experience, preferably in datacenter or infrastructure environments
• Strong command of Microsoft BI stack: Power BI, SSRS, SSIS, SQL Server, Azure Data Services
• Proven ability to work onsite and collaborate cross-functionally
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Singapore-based candidates or those with valid work authorization preferred
