The ideal candidate should be able to handle end-to-end revenue cycle tasks, interact with providers/payers, and maintain accurate medical records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA guidelines.

Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Healthcare Associate with strong knowledge of the U.S. healthcare system, RCM processes, and medical documentation. The ideal candidate should be able to handle end-to-end revenue cycle tasks, interact with providers/payers, and maintain accurate medical records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) tasks
- Process claims submission, follow-ups, and denial management
- Perform Medical Billing & Coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS)
- Manage EHR/EMR documentation and patient records
- Conduct eligibility & benefits verification
- Coordinate prior authorization and insurance checks
- Manage patient scheduling and provider communication
- Ensure HIPAA compliance in all processes
- Update daily reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with billing teams, providers, and payers
- Healthcare Domain Knowledge
- RCM (Revenue Cycle Management)
