Golang Developer

Job Description:

We're looking for a senior-level Golang Developer who brings more than just coding expertise. This role requires someone with a strong background in database or ETL systems and a proven track record of triaging and resolving high-priority (P1) incidents quickly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and enhance Golang APIs, especially those tied to upstream data sources that impact SFMC.
• Lead incident response efforts for critical failures, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal business disruption.
• Contribute to broader data engineering tasks when Golang workload is lighter.
• Partner with internal teams to improve system reliability and proactively address potential issues.

Must-Have Skills:

• Extensive experience in Golang development and API support.
• Strong understanding of databases and ETL processes.
• Proven success in high-pressure support environments with rapid triage and resolution.
• Ability to take ownership of complex systems and drive cross-functional collaboration.
