Product Designer

The Tie is the leading provider of information services for digital assets. As a Product Designer, you will work alongside Product, Engineering, and other teams to shape and refine our core products—The Tie Terminal, Bridge Messenger, and cross-functional assets supporting Marketing and Sales. You will drive user-centric design, elevate product quality, and craft polished interfaces that reinforce trust in our institutional and crypto data.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the strategic direction of The Tie's products grounded in strong user empathy and evidence-based design decisions
Communicate and translate quantitative and statistical data
Define and own feature areas with exceptional attention to detail, improving usability, consistency, and end-to-end product quality
Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, AI Researchers, and other stakeholders to define vision, strategy, and roadmap
Support Marketing through high-quality visuals, landing pages, and communication-focused design assets
Rapidly prototype and present concepts to communicate ideas and generate momentum
Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, design systems, and production-ready assets
Conduct quality assurance and usability reviews and identify opportunities to improve product clarity, efficiency, and outcomes
Maintain and refine The Tie's design system to ensure visual and interaction consistency across products

Requirements

3-5 years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer
Expert-level proficiency in Figma
Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving skills, design craft, and clear product thinking
Experience designing complex B2B or data-dense software products
Ability to operate throughout the design lifecycle—from research and ideation to high-fidelity design and handoff
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects
Background in crypto, digital assets, or financial markets

Nice to Have

Experience with AI-powered products, machine-learning interfaces, or LLM-driven workflows
Ability to prototype using basic code (HTML/CSS/React) or interactive prototyping tools
Experience contributing to or building design systems
