Responsibilities
- Contribute to the strategic direction of The Tie's products grounded in strong user empathy and evidence-based design decisions
- Communicate and translate quantitative and statistical data
- Define and own feature areas with exceptional attention to detail, improving usability, consistency, and end-to-end product quality
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, AI Researchers, and other stakeholders to define vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Support Marketing through high-quality visuals, landing pages, and communication-focused design assets
- Rapidly prototype and present concepts to communicate ideas and generate momentum
- Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, design systems, and production-ready assets
- Conduct quality assurance and usability reviews and identify opportunities to improve product clarity, efficiency, and outcomes
- Maintain and refine The Tie's design system to ensure visual and interaction consistency across products
- 3-5 years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma
- Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving skills, design craft, and clear product thinking
- Experience designing complex B2B or data-dense software products
- Ability to operate throughout the design lifecycle—from research and ideation to high-fidelity design and handoff
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects
- Background in crypto, digital assets, or financial markets
- Experience with AI-powered products, machine-learning interfaces, or LLM-driven workflows
- Ability to prototype using basic code (HTML/CSS/React) or interactive prototyping tools
- Experience contributing to or building design systems
