Project Manager

We are Looking for a Local project manager MES based in Poznan, Poland and Bulgaria

The primary responsibility is local project management of MES implementation including deployment coordination, fit/gap, change management of production and supporting/surrounding functions to maximize adoption and usage. The role needs to be “hands on” and on a detailed level very close to the business execution.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Project management of IT system implementation in a factory environment
• Ensure during project that IT system capabilities match business process requirements on detailed level (work across the border to receiving side, or ensure a successful receiving)
• Collaborate with region, SKF product owners, IT supplier and other relevant internal stakeholders
• Manage communication, competence development, awareness and organizational change within the factory.
• Development and execution of competence development plans.
• Being subject matter coach for operators, leaders and department managers within the factories

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent in local language
• Willingness and possibility to be on site
• Broad technical understanding & hands on implementation experience of IT and OT technologies within the manufacturing area.
• Experience from working with manufacturing processes
• Experience and motivation to involve deeply in organizational impact by the introduction of technologies in the area of IT and digitalization
• Proven experience in organizational change management
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills
• Experience in developing and executing on competence development plans
