Position Objectives:

  • Oversee day-to-day project coordination to ensure smooth execution across all workstreams.
  • Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Ensure accurate, timely documentation, reporting, and governance updates.
  • Monitor risks, issues, and scope changes, ensuring proactive mitigation and escalation.
  • Support the planning and execution of activities related to Advanced Technologies and R&D/Innovation programs.
  • Drive alignment between business and technical teams to meet project objectives and expectations.
  • Maintain high project quality standards through structured processes, tracking, and continuous improvement.


Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee end-to-end project activities across assigned workstreams.
  • Develop, track, and update detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate regular meetings, follow-ups, and progress reviews with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, dashboards, executive briefs, and steering committee updates.
  • Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes, ensuring timely escalation and mitigation.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including logs, action trackers, RAID registers, and status updates.
  • Ensure alignment between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with vendors, partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.
  • Support governance frameworks, compliance requirements, and decision-making processes across all project activities.
  • Track team performance, resource allocation, and progress to ensure adherence to planned timelines.
  • Ensure all project communication, documentation, and reporting meet quality standards.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and materials for leadership reviews and workshops.
  • Drive proactive problem-solving to address bottlenecks and maintain project momentum.
  • Support budget tracking, procurement coordination, and administrative activities related to project execution.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices, tools, and workflows.


Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience in project management or project coordination within IT, digital transformation, or technology-driven environments.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and multi-vendor environments.
  • Strong background in handling complex technology programs, preferably involving AI, Data, IoT, or emerging technologies.
  • Experience in government, public-sector, or large enterprise project environments is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability in project planning, scheduling, risk management, and progress reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, Confluence, etc.).
  • Excellent documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) | PRINCE2 Foundation / Practitioner | PMI-ACP, CSM, or PSM (Agile/Scrum Certifications) | ITIL Foundation for service management | Change Management or Risk Management certification (optional but preferred)
  • Excellent command of English is mandatory, while knowledge of Arabic is considered an advantage.
