We are representing a leading European provider of secure IoT connectivity and end-to-end solutions, currently seeking a talented Middle Product Designer to join their growing team.

About the Project
The project focuses on developing and integrating an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system — software designed to automate and optimize core business processes within a single, unified environment.
The goal is to integrate several ERP-based products into a cohesive system, enabling seamless interaction and improved operational efficiency across platforms.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Middle Product Designer who will join the Product Design team and take ownership of a specific product area.
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Lviv, with flexibility to work remotely on occasion.
You’ll play a key role in shaping user experiences, conducting research, and transforming insights into functional and visually appealing design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Discovery phase: gather and document requirements, and organize findings
- Conduct stakeholder and user interviews, surveys, and feedback sessions
- Facilitate brainstorming and design workshops to identify optimal solutions
- Create sketches, low- and high-fidelity wireframes, and prototypes for testing
- Plan and run user testing sessions, document results, and refine designs
- Maintain and enhance the product’s design library system
- Present design concepts and solutions to management and stakeholders
- Support and consult the development team throughout the implementation process
- Contribute to team knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience designing digital products (Web, Mobile, or SaaS)
- Proven ability to set up a custom design process based on Design Thinking
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (Components, Auto Layout, Prototyping, Team Libraries)
- Strong visual design skills — typography, color theory, iconography, layout, pixel precision
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to defend design decisions and provide constructive feedback
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.)
- Familiarity with documentation tools such as Notion
- English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2+)
