To strengthen our Control Technology & Information Systems department, we are looking for a motivated, customer-oriented, and competent individual as an:

Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage the cyber strategy within the network business unit
• Lead OT security committees within the network business unit
• Project management of cross-team cybersecurity projects
• Draft information security directives
• Advise specialist teams on cybersecurity matters
• Review the effectiveness of cybersecurity measures
• Conduct training and awareness campaigns for OT security
• Assess projects and suppliers for compliance with security requirements
• Assist in the implementation and management of the company's ISMS
• Act as a liaison between the CISO's strategic directives and the operational implementation of security measures in the OT area
• Collaborate closely with security engineers and specialist teams to develop and implement practical and effective security measures

Profile and Skills:

• Successfully completed vocational training as an IT specialist, automation technician, or electronics technician
• Further education/degree in computer science or IT security (BSc)
• Initial experience in a similar role
• Excellent German language skills (written and spoken) and good English skills (B1 level)

Salary: CHF 130'000 - 150'000
