What you will do:
- Lead the adoption of Agile methodologies within the Digital Pods, fostering a collaborative and adaptive culture.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to Agile teams, Product Owners, and organizational leaders.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, problem-solving sessions, and conflict resolution processes.
- Design and deliver training workshops, conducting gap analyses to prioritize development needs.
- Support scaling Agile practices across teams and departments, documenting best practices and tailoring frameworks.
- Define and track KPIs to align Agile practices with Axpo’s digital strategy.
- Promote continuous learning and participate in Communities of Practice to enhance collaboration.
- Proven experience in roles such as Agile Coach, Release Train Engineer, or Chief Scrum Master.
- Strong understanding of organizational agility and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or unFIX.
- Expertise in DevOps practices and tools like Atlassian Jira.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver Agile training programs, with a trainer license (e.g., SPC, PST) preferred.
- Exceptional coaching, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Fluent in English and German, with Spanish as a plus.
