About Position:
We are looking for a Product Manager who is responsible for Identify, track, and help remove obstacles and blockers preventing team members from completing their assignments. Drive releases through challenges by managing scope, timeline, and escalation of issues to technical leads, and product managers.

What You'll Do:
- Facilitate scrum meetings and manage the scrum boards Identify, track, and help remove obstacles and blockers preventing team members from completing their assignments
- Track and report on key team metrics and help the team improve
- Coordinate release activities including documentation, testing, training, deployment, and post-deployment support
- Drive releases through challenges by managing scope, timeline, and escalation of issues to technical leads, and product managers.
- Collaborate with product management to define what features will be included with each release
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Essential Qualifications: 6+ years as a Scrum Master managing onsite and offshore based scrum teams Thorough understanding of software development, release process, and post release support practices.
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and impact on company success
- Good collaborator and time-management skills
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) is a plus.
- Experience in document management in regulated environments, such as FDA, CLIA, GCP, is a plus.
