AI Solutions Developer (Power Platform & Copilot)
Location: India (preferred; remote considered)
Type: Full-time
Role Purpose
Design, build, and ship Copilot and Power Platform solutions that automate workflows, integrate with Microsoft 365 and external systems, and solve real business problems quickly and safely.
Success Outcomes (First 90 Days)
- Deliver 2–3 Copilot agents that integrate with Teams/Outlook/SharePoint and a defined knowledge base, with simple performance/usage telemetry.
- Stand up core Power Automate flows and custom connectors to key REST APIs; document patterns for reuse.
- Demonstrate API/webhook payload scripting in a productionised workflow.
- Confirm alignment to AI Acceptable Use and IT governance (incl. ISO27001 considerations for Power Platform).
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- Microsoft Copilot Studio: designs and deploys agents; prompt engineering; integrates with Teams/Outlook/SharePoint; understands agent performance metrics.
- Power Platform expertise: hands-on Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages; builds custom connectors; integrates REST APIs/Azure services into solutions.
- Scripting for integrations: able to write scripts that send payloads via API calls/webhooks.
- Business partnering: translates business requirements into scalable AI solutions; collaborates across functions; problem-solves and optimises flows.
- Qualifications (preferred): Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100/200/400/600) or demonstrable Power Platform title/track record.
- Ways of working: works within Hudson RPO’s AI governance and acceptable use framework.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Azure AI/OpenAI Services & Azure AI Foundry SDK for model-backed apps; familiarity with responsible AI principles.
- Programming exposure (Python, JavaScript, or C#) and Microsoft Graph API for deeper extensions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Copilot Studio agents for internal and client workflows; integrate with Microsoft 365 apps and approved knowledge sources.
- Build secure, supportable Power Platform solutions (Apps/Automate/Pages) with custom connectors to REST APIs and external services.
- Implement API/webhook interactions to orchestrate cross-system processes; instrument and tune performance.
- Partner with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver iterative value; document patterns for reuse and handover.
- Operate within Hudson RPO’s AI Acceptable Use Policy and coordinate with IT on governance/ISO27001 expectations for Power Platform solutions.
