About the Role

We’re seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer to deliver large-scale, secure, user-facing digital services. You’ll work across front-end, back-end, cloud, and integration layers, building reliable, high-performance systems within a modern AWS and Kubernetes environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build responsive UIs using JavaScript, HTML, and modern web standards.
• Develop back-end services with Node.js, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
• Deploy microservices using EKS (Kubernetes) and Docker.
• Implement event-driven integrations with Kafka and manage data layers using MongoDB / DocumentDB.
• Embed strong security practices: IDAM/IdP, SSO, RBAC, TLS, KMS encryption, Graph API.
• Ensure cloud operability on AWS, including logging, telemetry, performance, and availability monitoring.
• Deliver through modern tooling: GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, Jira, Confluence.

Key Experience:

• Proven delivery of large-scale public or enterprise-facing services using JavaScript, Node.js, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and event-driven designs on AWS.
• Strong skills in Kubernetes, containerisation (Docker), and cloud-native development.
• Background in embedding security, automation, observability, CI/CD, and Git best practices into delivery cycles.
• Experience collaborating in multidisciplinary teams, meeting high standards of security, accessibility, performance, and reliability.
