Graduate Analyst | Real Estate Finance Advisory
We’re working with a boutique real estate capital advisory platform that helps clients raise both debt and equity across the property lifecycle. The team has built a strong reputation for delivering creative, value-add financing solutions, working on mandates across residential, BTR, PBSA and commercial assets.
The Role
This is an opportunity for a high-potential graduate to break into real estate finance advisory and work directly alongside senior team members.
You’ll support the analysis, structuring and execution of real estate debt and equity transactions across the UK, gaining hands-on exposure from day one.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Building and reviewing financial analysis and cashflow models
- Conducting market, sector and economic research to support valuations and business plans
- Preparing lender presentations and transaction materials
- Assisting in negotiations and reviewing term sheets and facility documents
- Staying close to lender pricing, covenant trends and underwriting requirements
- Supporting origination activity and helping identify potential borrower clients
About You
You’ll be a recent or upcoming graduate with:
- A relevant degree (Real Estate Finance, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or similar)
- Internships or placement experience in Real Estate Finance, Banking, Corporate Finance or related areas
- Strong analytical ability and a genuine interest in UK real estate and capital markets
- Solid Excel/financial modelling fundamentals (further training provided)
- Confident communication skills and the ability to work in a small, fast-moving team
