HR Assistant

Location: London (hybrid - 3 days in the office per week)

Salary: £35,000

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding and offboarding processes for new joiners and leavers.
  • Act as first point of contact for People & Culture queries.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure GDPR compliance.
  • Generate reports and support HR projects.
  • Assist with payroll and compliance tasks.


Essential Skills

  • 1-2 years experience in HR administration or similar role is desirable
  • Financial/Professional services experience would be beneficial
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in HR administration or similar role is desirable.
