Location: London (hybrid - 3 days in the office per week)
Salary: £35,000
Looking for your next step in HR? Frazer Jones are currently sourcing for a HR Assistant to step into a rapidly expanding Financial Services organisation! This role would suit a ‘second jobber’ looking to continue developing their career within a supportive HR function.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and offboarding processes for new joiners and leavers.
- Act as first point of contact for People & Culture queries.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure GDPR compliance.
- Generate reports and support HR projects.
- Assist with payroll and compliance tasks.
Essential Skills
- 1-2 years experience in HR administration or similar role is desirable
- Financial/Professional services experience would be beneficial
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
