Resonate CX is an Australian tech start up that has an enterprise Customer Experience (CX) platform (SaaS). Our Voice of Customer and Voice of Employee platform leverages the latest technology including machine learning, text analytics, and data visualizations to help close the loop faster and deliver actionable insights to leading companies. Resonate CX has a range of flagship customers and growing brand recognition in the space.
We're looking for a Software Developer to strengthen the team in our North Sydney office.
In this position, you will be augmenting Resonate CX's product & client delivery by contributing to an agile and creative engineering culture and balancing high-quality outputs at pace with taking a solid place in a high-performing team.

Housekeeping:
We're looking for a Software Developer to strengthen the team in our North Sydney office.
In this position, you will be augmenting Resonate CX's product & client delivery by contributing to an agile and creative engineering culture and balancing high-quality outputs at pace with taking a solid place in a high-performing team.
To be successful, the candidate will have the following key technical competencies:
- Demonstrated excellence in code and quality, you value peer-reviews and enjoy collaboration
- Be excited about work on both front- and back-end
- 3+ years of experience with C# / .NET
- At least 1y of Azure or other cloud experience
- Front-end frameworks like Angular, React, Vue, Node.js, webpack, npm, excite you.
- Experience leveraging AI coding assistants to accelerate development and problem solving.
- Who takes pride in their work.
- Who demonstrates ownership and ability to get the job done.
- Who communicates effectively, calls out for support when needed and provides it when the opportunity arises.
- Who can multi-task and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
- Who is hungry and passionate to be keep up with the latest technologies and trends.
- Who embraces new technologies such as AI-assisted development and is curious about how to integrate them into daily coding practice.
- Degree or tertiary qualification in Computer Science
- 3+ years industry experience in a software development role
- Experience or demonstrated interest in AI-adoption in software development, prompt engineering, or automation using LLM-based tools
- Experience in a SaaS product company
- Mobile development experience
