Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end AI features across backend and frontend using technologies like C# and TypeScript React.
• Develop concepts, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts for new AI functionalities.
• Evaluate, integrate, and enhance AI models, including LLMs and Retrieval Augmented Generation approaches.
• Optimize and fine-tune prompts to ensure reliable AI behavior.
• Write clean, maintainable code with strong test coverage, following modern engineering standards.
• Collaborate with fellow engineers to share knowledge and continuously strengthen team expertise.
• Stay updated on the latest AI research and translate promising developments into practical solutions.

What You Bring

• Several years of experience as a software engineer, ideally with both frontend and backend expertise.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, generative AI, Retrieval Augmented Generation, and machine learning.
• Solid grasp of modern software architectures and best engineering practices.
• Experience with scalable AI systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure is advantageous.
• Independent, organized, and proactive work style with strong ownership.
• Excellent English communication skills; German is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in AI, ML, or Software Engineering is an advantage.
