UX Designer

Overview:

We’re looking for a UX Designer to help shape how our teams engage with business units and customers — defining vision, building frameworks, and driving design-led collaboration across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and embed a shared team vision, goals, and principles to guide engagement with business units.
• Design and implement a team operating model, including tools and frameworks that empower partner business units.
• Continuously iterate and improve engagement models and design outputs through reflection and feedback loops.
• Create digital tools and frameworks that help business units identify, design, validate, and measure their products and services.
• Define experience design principles ensuring IAG-enabled customer value propositions (CVPs) deliver a consistent experience across the full journey — beyond digital touchpoints.
• Partner with business units to apply experience service principles and ensure global consistency across all CVPs.
• Collaborate closely with Platform Teams to understand and validate customer hypotheses, ensuring an empathetic, outcome-focused design process.
