Description:
We are hiring a full-time Project Manager to operate as the right hand to the CEO of a fast-growing deep-tech startup. This role requires extreme attention to detail, strong professionalism, and the ability to keep a very busy founder on track. You’ll manage contracts, scheduling, systems, and high-level coordination across a company working with enterprise clients. Proactivity is essential, you should naturally take action without waiting for direction.
Full-time. Fully remote.
Must be ENGLISH-SPEAKING.
Hours: 9am–5pm EST.
Salary: $1,500/mo
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the CEO’s schedule, ensuring all meetings are booked correctly across different time zones
- Draft, edit, and manage contracts and supporting documentation
- Keep systems organized and updated (project management tools, internal records, CRM entries)
- Follow up on open items, chase the CEO for decisions, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Prepare materials, notes, and documentation for meetings with clients
- Maintain clean processes across projects, timelines, and deliverables
- Handle professional communication internally and externally with high professionalism
- Identify operational gaps and solve problems before they become bottlenecks
- Coordinate cross-functional work between product, engineering, and client teams
Key Qualifications:
- 3+ years in a project management or operations role supporting an executive or founder
- Extremely detail-oriented with clean documentation habits
- Comfortable drafting contracts or working closely with legal documents
- Experience in a startup environment; able to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous settings
- Professional communication skills appropriate for enterprise-level clients
- Tech-savvy and able to learn and master internal systems independently
- Strong follow-through; does not need reminders or hand-holding
- Must own and be able to use a working computer with high-speed internet
- Must be ENGLISH-SPEAKING
Nice to Have:
- Experience in deep tech, enterprise software, or AI-related products
- Background working with founders or C-level executives
- Experience managing legal workflows or vendor contracts
