Skeleton is looking for a driven and experienced

Sales Coordinator (m/f/x)

to support the sales team from PO to invoicing, coordinating order handling, and acting as the bridge between sales and supporting functions such as supply chain, procurement, and operations.

Your responsibility areas:

  • Support the Sales Team throughout the order-to-cash process — from purchase order entry to invoicing
  • Enter and update orders accurately in the ERP system, ensuring correct product, quantity, and delivery details
  • Coordinate deliveries with Supply Chain and the warehouse to ensure timely shipments and accurate documentation
  • Prepare and monitor invoices according to delivery terms, and follow up with Finance on payment status
  • Assist in customer onboarding, supplier setup, and maintaining up-to-date information in relevant systems
  • Track order progress and resolve discrepancies, working closely with Procurement, Operations, and Logistics
  • Handle customer claims and returns in cooperation with internal teams, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution
  • Contribute to process improvements within sales coordination and order handling
  • Maintain accurate documentation and provide regular updates to the Sales Team and other departments
  • Provide backup support for team members during absences

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales coordination, order management, or customer support (ideally 2-4 years).
  • Good understanding of the order-to-cash process, including purchase orders, delivery, and invoicing.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite) for order entry and tracking.
  • Familiarity with basic logistics documentation (CMR, packing lists, Incoterms) and coordination with warehouse or logistics teams.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal departments such as Sales, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools for reporting and data management.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; other languages such as German or Estonian are a plus.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and willingness to support process improvements
