What You’ll Bring
- Experience: 3+ (Senior Consultant) or 5+ (Manager) years leading business or technology projects.
- Expertise: PMO operations, change management, planning and controls, governance and reporting, agile methodology, and project management technology.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, experience engaging project stakeholders, leading workstream teams, and achieving project outcomes.
- Development: Experienced in team and individual professional development.
- Qualifications preferred not mandatory: Project, PMO and Programme Management certifications (e.g., PGradDip, MBA, PMP, PgMP, SaFE, ACP, Scrum).
- Background: Experience working with cross functional teams and managing projects in a consulting capacity or within a large corporate.
- Industry exposure: Experience across sectors such as Financial Services, Public Sector, Utilities, Engineering/Infrastructure, and Healthcare.
What You Can Expect
- Leadership: Lead a client-focused, high-performing, multidisciplinary team to design, structure, and deliver large-scale programs and projects.
- Collaboration: Work with core competency colleagues to advance the KPMG Project Management Community of Practice and contribute to client accelerator frameworks, processes, and tools.
