In the Aerospace industry of TXT, specifically in the field of simulation and real-time data acquisition systems, TXT e-Tech is looking for a Software Developer who will be responsible for designing and developing software solutions for one of our major clients.

Main responsibilities:

  • Design, development and maintenance realtime software for hardware systems in the loop;
  • Desktop application development and maintenance;
  • Configure development and production environments.


Required technical skills:

  • Knowledge and use of LINUX systems and related administration tools;
  • Knowledge of programming languages (C, C++);
  • Knowledge of elements of software engineering, software lifecycle, software versioning, configuration management.


Optional technical skills:

  • Knowledge of avionics systems;
  • Knowledge of relational databases (Postgresql) and SQL language;
  • Knowledge of the Qt library (toolkit);
  • Knowledge of Docker containers;
  • TCP/IP and UDP/IP protocol stack knowledge;
  • Knowledge of MIL-STD-1553 and ARINC-429 protocols;
  • Knowledge and use of standard laboratory instrumentation (Bus analyzers, oscilloscopes, etc.);
  • Knowledge of scripting tools/languages (Bash, Perl, PHP, etc.) and markup languages (XML, HTML).


Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.

The ideal candidate has a good knowledge of English, good communication and problem solving skills, attention to detail, good teamwork skills, career motivation and ability to learn new skills and technologies quickly.
