Software Developer

In the Aerospace industry of TXT, specifically in the field of simulation and real-time data acquisition systems, TXT e-Tech is looking for a Software Developer who will be responsible for designing and developing software solutions for one of our major clients.

Main responsibilities:

Design, development and maintenance realtime software for hardware systems in the loop;
Desktop application development and maintenance;
Configure development and production environments.

Required technical skills:

Knowledge and use of LINUX systems and related administration tools;
Knowledge of programming languages (C, C++);
Knowledge of elements of software engineering, software lifecycle, software versioning, configuration management.

Optional technical skills:

Knowledge of avionics systems;
Knowledge of relational databases (Postgresql) and SQL language;
Knowledge of the Qt library (toolkit);
Knowledge of Docker containers;
TCP/IP and UDP/IP protocol stack knowledge;
Knowledge of MIL-STD-1553 and ARINC-429 protocols;
Knowledge and use of standard laboratory instrumentation (Bus analyzers, oscilloscopes, etc.);
Knowledge of scripting tools/languages (Bash, Perl, PHP, etc.) and markup languages (XML, HTML).

Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
