As our team grows rapidly, HR operations need more dedicated focus — this role ensures precision, speed, compliance, and a seamless employee experience across the entire lifecycle.
You’ll work closely with HR, Finance, Operations, and managers across the company to maintain clean systems, accurate documentation, and smooth people processes — enabling the HR team to focus on hiring, development, culture, and retention.

- 🧭 Run smooth onboarding & offboarding, ensuring all admin steps, documents, and systems are prepared on time.
- Maintain HR systems (Personio, tracking sheets, Confluence), keeping employee data accurate, updated, and organized.
- 🎁 Coordinate perks and benefits — manage orders, tracking, and communication with employees.
- 💻 Oversee IT equipment logistics — request equipment from the IT team, track device allocation, and ensure returns during offboarding.
- 🔄 Independently manage all HR admin processes, ensuring full operational ownership and accuracy.
- 🤝 Support the HR team by handling operational workload, enabling focus on recruitment, retention, culture-building, and people development initiatives.
- Experience in HR administration, People Operations, office management, or a similar role.
- Strong organisational and documentation skills — accuracy is essential.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and processes independently.
- Comfortable working with HR systems (Personio or other HRIS tools).
- Proactive problem-solver with strong communication in English & Lithuanian.
- Experience coordinating onboarding, offboarding, or benefits.
- Familiarity with Lithuanian employment documentation.
- Experience supporting fast-growing teams or startup environments.
- Ownership mindset – you deliver from start to finish with full responsibility.
- Reliability – you are precise, structured, and trustworthy.
- Operational common sense – you find practical, scalable solutions.
- Clear communication – you keep people informed and aligned.
- Growth mindset – you learn fast and improve continuously.
- Hybrid work model – 3 days in the office (Vilnius) or remote if based elsewhere.
- A high-impact role with full ownership of HR operations.
- Collaboration with an ambitious, international team.
- Office perks for Vilnius team – including free lunch 3 times a week.
- Birthday day off – celebrate on your terms.
- Pulsetto device – support your well-being daily.
- A supportive environment with growth potential toward HR Generalist or People Ops Lead roles.
