Security Analyst – Vilnius, Lithuania

Role Responsibilities
- Ensure safety and security of employees, facilities, and assets through monitoring and incident response.
- Manage physical security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms) and coordinate equipment maintenance.
- Support emergency and crisis response, including evacuations and major incidents.
- Conduct investigations into incidents, access violations, and suspicious activity.
- Administer and oversee security personnel, deployment, training, and welfare.
- Handle badge issuance and maintain inventory/logs for all ID card materials.
- Ensure compliance with global/local security policies and protect information assets.
- Maintain accurate shift reports, logs, and professional communication across stakeholders.
- Support regional/global security projects, events, and executive protection when assigned.
- Experience in security operations, monitoring, and incident response.
- Strong technical skills with ability to troubleshoot security systems and tools.
- Knowledge of emergency response procedures and crisis management.
- Understanding of security compliance, regulations, and policy alignment.
- Strong analytical skills for incident assessment and investigations.
- Excellent communication and professionalism with internal/external partners.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience coordinating security personnel or vendors.
- Team-oriented, reliable, and flexible to support regional/global needs.

Salary
The monthly gross base salary range is 1,858 – 2,566 EUR. This range represents anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible for an annual variable target incentive (which may include long-term incentives, if eligible) that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidate’s qualifications, skills and competencies.
