Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate several concurrent IT projects from initiation to delivery.
• Manage all project phases, including planning, development, testing, environment preparation, and deployment.
• Collaborate closely with development teams, challenging timelines and ensuring progress and accountability.
• Work with business stakeholders to ensure project outputs meet defined business objectives.
• Monitor project risks, issues, budgets, milestones, and overall progress using JIRA.
• Produce clear, concise project updates and presentations (PowerPoint).
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, business users, and management.
• Encourage a proactive, solution-focused culture within project discussions.

Key Qualifications & Experience

• 5–10 years of proven experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Strong technical foundation, ideally with an engineering or software development background.
• Solid understanding of IT project lifecycles, including environment setup and code deployment.
• Ability to confidently challenge developers and drive results.
• Experience operating within complex, multinational environments.
• Knowledge of financial regulatory requirements and investment fund processes is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; confident, assertive, and approachable.

Education & Certifications

• Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field (required).
• Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Agile are considered a plus.
