Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst / Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong analytical capabilities, experience with modern data platforms, and demonstrated expertise in transforming complex data into actionable insights. This role involves building data models, developing analytical solutions, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and transform large datasets to support analytical and reporting needs.
• Develop predictive models and machine learning solutions to address business challenges.
• Design and implement dashboards and visual analytics using Power BI.
• Write efficient queries and manage data workflows using SQL and automation tools such as Power Automate.
• Perform statistical analysis using R and Python to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
• Support the deployment and monitoring of ML models in cloud environments (Azure, Google Cloud, or SAS Viya 4).
• Ensure all data handling, processing, and storage practices are compliant with GDPR (RGPD).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality analytical outputs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree) in a relevant field + 3 years of experience OR
• Master’s degree + 2 years of experience in data analytics, data science, or a related area.
• Certification in one of the following: o Microsoft Azure Data Scientist Associate, or o Google Professional Data Scientist.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR (RGPD) data regulation principles. Technical Skills
• Power BI – dashboarding, data modelling, DAX.
• SQL – advanced querying and database manipulation.
• Python and R – statistical analysis, machine learning, data processing.
• Machine Learning – model development, validation, and deployment.
• Power Automate – workflow automation.
• SAS Viya 4 – analytics and machine learning experience.
